Nowadays the newspaper possesses considerable value Everybody should 
read it. It supplies us with a variety of news every day. It tells us 
the political situation of the world. If we form the habit of reading 
the newspaper, we shall (will) get enough knowledge to cope with our 
circumstances.

现今报纸拥有极大的价值，人人都应该看它。它每天提供我们各种类类的消息。它告诉我们世界政治局势。如果我们养成看报的习惯，我们就能得到足够的知

第二天：MY DAILY LIFE 我的日常生活

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt 
myself to it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to 
render service to my country.

I get up at six o’clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my 
teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven 
o’clock.Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go 
to bed.

虽然我的日常生活十分单调，但我却竭力设法去适应它。为什么？因为我打算做一个好学生，希望将来为国家服务。

我每天六点起床、洗脸刷牙后，就开始复习功课，七点钟我就去上学。

第三天：A MODEL STUDENT 模范学生

Do you mind being called a bad student? Of course not. So far as I know, everybody intends to be (become) a model student.

However, to be a model student is by no means an easy thing. First, 
he must do his best to obtain knowledge. A man without sufficient 
knowledge will not succeed. Secondly, he must remember to improve his 
health. Only a strong man can do great tasks. Thirdly, he should receive
 moral education. If his conduct is not good, no one will consider 
making friends with him.

你价意被称为坏学生吗？当然不。就我所知，每个人都打算做模范学生。

然而，做模范学生却不容易。第一，他必须尽力获得知识（求知）。一个没有足够知识的人是不会成功的。第二，他必须记住促进健康。只有强壮的人才能做大事。第三，他应该接受道德教育。如果他品行不好，没有人会考虑和他交朋友的。

第四天：HOW TO GET HAPPINESS 如何获得快乐

There is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the 
world. Without it, life will be empty and meaningless. If you wish to 
know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two 
points.

First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

无疑的快乐是世界上最宝贵的东西。没有它，人生将是空虚的而且毫无意义的。如果你希望知道如何获得快乐，你须注意下面两点。

健康是快乐的要诀。唯有身体强壮的人才能享受人生的乐趣。

快乐在于知足。一个不满于现状的人终是处在痛苦之中。

第五天：BOOKS 书籍

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and 
many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds
 and strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good 
teachers and wise friends. This is the reason why our parents always 
encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the 
choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books.
 However, bad books will do us more harm than good.

如众所周知，书籍教我们学习人生，真理，科学以及其它许多有用的东西。它们增加我们的知识，扩大我们的心胸并加强我们的品格。换句话说，它们是我们的良师益友。这是为什么我们的父母终是鼓励我们要多读书的理由。

读书是一好事，但我们必须多加注意书的选择。不错，我们能从好书中获得益处。然而，坏书却对我们有害无益。

第六天：A TRIP TO THE COUNTRY 乡村游记

One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young 
brother to the a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.

While we were walking along the road, the sun was shining brightly 
and the breeze was blowing gently. We saw the beautiful flowers smile 
(smiling) at us and heard the birds sing (singing) their sweet songs on 
the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty (beautiful).When we felt tired, we returned home. We saw Mother (our mother) wait (waiting) for us at the door.

有一个星期日，我母亲叫我带小弟弟去乡村游历。她吩咐我要好好照料他。

当我们沿着道路行走的时候，太阳灿烂地照耀着，微风轻轻地吹着。我们看见美丽的花儿对我们微笑着，并听见鸟儿在树上唱着悦耳的歌曲，风景实十分美丽。当我们感觉到疲倦的时候，我们就回家了。我们看见母样正在门口等候我们。

第七天：BE PATRIOTIC 要爱国

It is the duty of every citizen to make the country rich and powerful
 (To make the country rich and strong is...). In order to accomplish 
this object one must be patriotic (love his country). I consider this an
 unchangeable truth.

How can a student love his country (be patriotic)? I find my answer 
very simple and clear. He must study hard and store up knowledge so as 
to serve his (the) country in the future. If every student can do 
according to what I said, the country will certainly be rich and 
powerful.

要使国家富强是每个公民的责任。为了达到此目的，必须爱国。我认为这是一条不易的定理。

一个学生如何才能爱国呢？我发觉答复很简单明了。他必须用功读书并积储知识以便将来服务国家。如果每个学生能按照我所说的去做，国家一定会富强。

第八天：THE VALUE OF TIME 爱惜时光

An English proverb says that time is money. I consider it (this) 
wrong. Why? Because we all know that we can earn money be work but can 
not in any way get back time (in anyway). For this reason, we may (can) 
say that time is more valuable than money.Many people do not know the value of time. It (this) is indeed a great 
pity. We must bear (keep) in mind that wasting time is equal to wasting 
your life.

英国有句谚语说，时间就是金钱。我认为这是不对的。为什么？因为我们大家都知道我们能够用工作赚钱，但无论如何却无法把时间争取回来。基于此种理由，我们可以说时间比钱钱更宝贵。

许多人不知爱惜时光。这确实是可惜的。我们必须记住浪费时间等于浪费生命。

第九天：WHY SHOULD WE STUDY ENGLISH 为什么我们要学英文

If you want to ask me why we should study English, my answer will be 
simple and clear. Now let me enumerate the reasons one by one in the 
following.In the first place, English has become an international 
language. If you know English, you van make a trip round the world 
without being misunderstood.In the second place, most valuable books, 
newspapers and magazines are written in English. If you wish (hope) to 
get knowledge, you must learn English.

如果你要问我们为什么我们要学英文。我的答复很简单明了。现在让我来把我的理由一一列举在下面：英文已成为一种国际语言。如果你通晓它，你可以环游世界不会被人误解。大多数有价值的书籍，报纸和杂志都是用英文写的。如果你希望获得知识，你必须学习英文。

第十天：MY BIRTHDAY 我的生日

Yesterday was my birthday, so some of my classmates sent me presents.
 Mother prepared a tea party for me. I invited all of them to come and 
take part in it.The tea party began at half past six. There were cold 
drinks and refreshments. We ate, talked and laughed. We felt that we 
were the happiest men in the world.Time passed quickly. In a twinkling, 
the clock on the wall struck nine. We could not but say “Good-bye” to 
one another.

昨天是我生日，所以有几位我的同班同学送我礼。母亲给我准备一个茶会。我邀请他们都前来参加。茶会下午六点半开始。有冷饮和点心。我们又吃又谈又笑。我们觉得是世界上最快乐的人。时间过得很快。转瞬间，墙上的钟敲九点了。我们不得不互道再见。

第十一天：HOW TO SPEND SUNDAYS 如何消度星期日

Some of us always spend Sundays aimlessly. We can seldom derive 
profits from the valuable hours (time) of Sundays. This is indeed a 
great pity. Though Sundays are set aside as a day for rest, we must make
 good use of them.We know that our school lessons are usually not 
sufficient. We should often utilize Sundays to read reference books. In 
this way we will increase our knowledge. Besides, we must be engaged in 
sports or outing so as to strengthen our bodies.

我们许多人终是把星期日毫无目的地消度掉。这确实是十分可惜。我们很少能从星期日的宝贵时光中获得益处。虽然星期日是被指定为一个休息的日子，但是
我们却应好好利用它。我们知道我们学校的功课通常是不够的。我们应时常利用星期日来阅读参考书。如此我们的知识就会增加了。此外，我们必须从事运动或郊游

第十二天：HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY 诚为上策

There is an English proverb which says (saying) “Honesty is the best policy.” It signifies the importance of honesty.

What are the benefits of honesty? If you are honest to others, they 
will be honest to you in return. When you are sad, they will comfort 
you. When you are in trouble, they will help you.

There is no enumerating the evils of dishonesty here. In a word, a 
dishonest man will be looked down upon by others and (be) regarded as a 
public enemy.

英国有一句谚语说“诚为上策”。它说明了诚的重要性。

诚的益处是什么？如果你对他人诚实，他们也会对你诚实作为报答。当你忧悉的时候，他们会安慰你。当你是处在困难中的时候，他们会帮助你。

无法在这里数述不诚实的害处。一言以蔽之，一个不诚实的人会被人看轻的而且被看作为一个公敌。

第十三天：HOW EXERCISE HELPS 运动的利益

If our bodies are not strong, our spirit to do things will certainly 
be quite dull. And at the same time, we are lack of energy (ies) to 
study. Diseases will only attack the weak, but not the strong.

Why are our bodies not strong? Because we do not pay attention to 
exercise. For this reason, we students must often take different kinds 
(sorts) of exercise in the gym.

Exercise helps us (to) strengthen our bodies and avoid disease. It 
also teaches us cooperation, for most exercise is played by team.

如果我们的身体不强壮，我们做事的精神一定会十分迟钝。而且同时，我们也缺少足够的精力来读书。疾病只为侵击体弱的人而不是强壮的人。

为什么我们的身体会不强壮呢？因为我们不注意运动。基于此种理由，我们学生必须时常在运动场做不同种类的运动。

运动帮助我们强壮身体并避免疾病。它也教我们合作，因为大多数的运动都是团体游玩的。

第十四天：THE BENEFITS OF TRAVELING 旅行的益处

I am always interested in traveling. My reasons are quite (extremely)
 simple and clear. If anybody is not satisfied with my viewpoint(s), I 
shall be greatly surprised at his ways of thinking.

In the first place, traveling increases our knowledge. Only by 
traveling can we see （因为用（only）开头，主动词须颠倒）things outside our home town.

In the second place, traveling is good to our health. While we are traveling, we usually exercise our bodies.

In conclusion, I earnestly hope that everybody must seize (grasp at) the opportunity of traveling.

我对旅行终是感觉有趣。我的理由非常简单时了。如果任何人对我的观点不满意的话，我将对他的想法会大大吃惊。

旅行增加我们的知识。只有藉旅行我们可以看到我们故乡以外的东西。

旅行对我们的健康有益。当我们旅行的时候，我们通常运动我们的身体。

第十五天：HOW TO BE A GOOD CITIZEN 如何做一个好公民

My aim is to become a good citizen so as to be able to render service
 to the (my) country. However, to become a good citizen is not an easy 
thing. He has many duties to fulfill.The first duty of a good citizen is
 to love his country. He is to (must) be ready to sacrifice even his own
 life for the country.His second duty is to obey the law and help the 
government (to) maintain order. If everybody can do so, the country will
 be rich and strong (powerful).

我的志向是做一个好公民以便能给国家效力。然而，做一个好公民不是一件容易的事情。他有许多责任要尽。一个好公民第一件责任是爱他的国家。他须准备为国家牺牲自己的生命。他第二件责任是服从法律并且帮助政府维持治安。如果人人都能这样做的话，国家必定富强。

1.July 5th Monday cloudy
Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

2.July 6th Tuesday cloudy
Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to do, I must write words English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English, then …… .Oh, my god, if I do it in the afternoon, I will ready to dead. So I wrote words, now I’m writing my English dairy. Wish I could finish these works today. Bye!

3.July 9th Friday sunny
How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, try your best.

4.July 12th Monday sunny
How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man woman. They help us to find the way. Oh, don’t think so badly, I’m fine. 5.July 14th Wednesday rainy 
Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired. 

6.July 16th Friday rainy
This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer word I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. I must thanks my mother, she is good for me. Practices makes perfect.

I will go to school few days later. I’m afraid that I can’t get used to the school life because I true very hate school. I don’t think there has a good school in my home. Day 1
It was a very sunny day today, full of sunshine and not a single piece of cloud is seen. I decided to go out and meet my best friends to have a fullfil lunch. We went to the nearest chinese restaurant after meeting at the train station. It was so tasty that i wanted to take it to home to enjoy it with my family. Unfortunately, i had soup noodles so i couldnt take it away. Anyway, i enjoyed it.

Day 2
Today really is the opposite of yesterday. It was a dark day, grey clouds are seen everywhere! I predict that it will rain so i am going to stay home for today. There isnt much to do at home though, but since its sunday, theres lots of tv on which i like. i was forced to turn the TV off when i heard thunder and felt lightning striking across the sky like a scar. Unlucky. It was a boring day...

Day 3
It continued to rain today, but not really heavily so i decided to get outside. Another one of my friends invited me to a shopping centre to do some shopping. We havent contacted each other for so long so we talked for 3 hours nonstop about nonsense. We were really close friends in primary school, but since we went to different high schools, we arent that close anymore. Anyway, it was nice meeting her today.

Day 4
Finall, i feel the heat of the sun. I havent felt it for 2 days! Pretty lonng for me. I didnt want to go shopping again, it gives me a headache. I decided to go and play some sports. My cousin said he will go with me to play tennis, how nice. Hes really good at tennis, hes my coach. Im still a beginner but i love tennis so i think ill become a pro someday. However, i wouldnt make playing tennis as my career, its too tiring. I was fully sweating when we came back, it was so hot! Guess what? Grey clouds begun to gather again, i bet itll rain tomorrow.

Day 5
I guess ill have to stay home today, the weather is unpredictable. First it was sunny and the next second its RAINING! Im scared to go out and so is everyone else. Its a good thing theres no thunder though, or else there will be no tv again. Holidays are so good, even though i miss m classmates, i dont want to go back to school...

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to have a picnic. We will climb the hill to have a picnic. During this winter holiday,I and my brother devised a plan of utilizing the free time to help our mother with her housework.At first we considered it an easy task,but we are wrong when we settled on doing it.I spent a day sweeping the floor and my brother spent a day also on cleaning the window and 
walls.After  a day's hard work,the house was tidy and clean both in and out.And our mother appreciated our work very much.Though we felt exhausted,we were ecstatic,for the reason that we had gone through a fulfilling day. we would treasure it at the bottom of our hearts.

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A year later, we have grown riper. Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever people is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have more than a-month holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I am essential to complete the homework as soon as I have time.

Today is the festival of lanterns, also is my birthday, festival of lanterns is the day which each family reunite, the festival of lanterns evening can have the fireworks party, but the daddy is police, needs to maintain the order, therefore, the common daddy cannot celebrate a birthday to me, therefore, my birthday all in grandmother the family, I also has been able to be very happy generally, tonight, we have not exited to view the lanterns, but is watches the television in the home, had not thought developed that quickly.Now thinks that, I have grown up a year old, I had to begin school immediately, I will be supposed in the next semester even more diligently!  
今天是元宵节，也是我的生日，元宵节是家家团圆的日子，元宵节的晚上会有焰火晚会，而爸爸是一名警察，需要维持秩序，所以，一般爸爸不会给我过生日的，所以，我的生日一般都在姥姥家过，我也会很高兴，今天晚上，我们并没有出去观灯，而是在家看电视，没想到那么快就演完了。现在想想，我长大了一岁，马上我就要开学了，我应该在下学期更加努力！    12  
1.The Winter Holiday  
I like the winter holiday very much.  
Though it's very short,I can enjoy the Spring Festival.  I can watch cartoon every day.  
I needn't go to school frepuently.  
Sometimes I can go to play with my friend outside.  With the festival coming,I can play all the time.  I can play video game with my brother.  I am good at playing PC game.  So I often beats my brother.  
Then more and more relative came to my home.  We had dinner together.  
It's so lively that I'am very happy.  But I still have to do my homework.  During the holiday,I learned a lot.  I love the winter holiday.

It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free.Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleepand eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest. 


July 7 2009 

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry. 

July 10 2009 

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game. 


July 14 2009 

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have more than a-month holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I am essential to complete the homework as soon as I have time. 

July 24 2009 

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the hot weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me.At last, I was ill. 

August 6 2009 

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC’s door. I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact with others frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today! 

August 7 2009 

Yesterday we played happily, but there were only ten people. I remembered last year there were twenty-two people at all. I heard some my friends had gone abroad. They went abroad to study. Maybe I couldn’t see them in the future. I think next year we won’t make a party. Next year is a very important year. We all will prepare the new term’s new subject.I know, it is the most important for us now.

It is very hot and wet today and is called sauna weather. 
During my mom did the cooking in the kitchen, I saw her head was sweaty.I told her I could help her and she accepted. 
After cooking,we were all sweaty .However, mum and I all felt happy. She said I was growing up and became her good assistant. 

August 14 2009 
I think my teacher got out of bedon the wtong side this afternoon as she hasn’t cries.i went to office saw the boys unhappy.Because the students got their teacher’s goat became they didn’t do their homework..I think this is my teacher unhappy’s cause. Today, I saw a boy ,he played the handset.But didn’t saw the walls so he Rnocked we laugh up our sleeve at he knocked ,but he hurt his norse in the accident, and he was laying it on thick about how painful it was . 
It’s also a happy day, isn’t it ? 

2009, August 18 
I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I hope I can go to summer camp again next year. 

2009,August 20 
I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did my homework. The homework wasn’t difficult. After that, I played volleyball with my friends. It was tired, but very exciting. In the afternoon, I cooked dinner for my parents. It was a little difficult, I think. After dinner, I went to swim in the river. I can swim very well. I had a relaxing weekend.

help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat 
in my mother’s office and help her answer the telephone. While 
I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a 
lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my 
mother’s office, I had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was 
wasting my time and my life. I can’t do the foolish thing. We 
should take good use of our time. 
It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket 
of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes 
nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. 
But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business 
friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I 
put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s 
special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like 
to eat it. 
Today, I still went to my mother’s office. My mother was very 
busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must 
get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know 
they are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I 
should help them. Although I can’t do something useful, but I 
think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family 
member. In the future, I will take a job and work. It’ time 
for me to begin to learn how to work. 
I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out 
with my friends. They are my best friends in the middle 
school. We didn’t go to someplace special. We just saw the 
other. We had lunch together. While we were having lunch, we 
were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! 
A year later, we have grown riper. And we learned much more 
things and got new life. We haven’t enough time to play, to 
waste and to lose the way. We only have two years. Two years 
to go, we will get the real life which belongs to us. 
I have stayed in Shanghai alone for a week. It’s time for me 
to go to my real home—it is in Beijing. My parents are waiting 
for me. Although outside is no matter how beautiful, Beijing 
is still my home. In fact, there is many fresh things. Like 
red bayberries. In the afternoon, I took a bus to Beijing. I 
was very unlucky that my mp3 was stolen. I was very sad. I 
didn’t know why thieves went to steal other’s things. Why 
don’t they hunt for a job? I don’t why! I hope there is no 
thief in our motherland. 
When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. 
Every year in Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. 
Because there are a lot of factories. And it is very cold in 
winter. So the government decided: supply electric to resident 
and the factories must stop working. My house is in the 
manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my 
father use the electric making machine to make electric. Oh! 
What a unlucky winter! 
It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends 
invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. 
Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is 
no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who 
don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh 
air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red 
bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs 
in the hill. What a beautiful natural. 
Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t 
work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the 
air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father 
told me two air-conditioner and two computer had been broken. 
Because my father used electric making machine to make 
electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the 
trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use 
electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!

Mon.:Today I'm very tired because I palyed football yesterday,so I have no energy to have class well.But every Monday we have many classes,such as Enlish, math, and Chinese and so on.Our teachers are very strict, in order to make us improve further,they leave many homework for us.That makes me have more stress.

Tues.:It is very excited to have P.E. class. I can  relax and take more exercise.Today our taught us to practise the long jump. When the bell rang， we gathered on the playground. After warming-up exercises， the teacher told us the way of long jump and showed us how to do it. Then we followed the teacher and practiced one after another. Soon came my turn， bur I felt a bit nervous. Though I failed the first time， yet Ididn''''t lose my heart. I kept on practising. At last I was able to jump over 3 meters.From this lesson I came to see that one will succeed if he has perseverance.

Wed.:Yesterday was my birthday.Some of my friends sent lots of presents to me, and my mother prepared a big dinner for me. I invited many friends to come and took part in it.In my birthday party, there were cold drinks, big cake and some dishes my mother cooked.We ate, taked and laughted all night.What a happy day it was!

Thur.: I like reading English books everyday,because I can get many interesting stories in the books.This evening when I was reading my  English book.  I felt very tired but I still read  it.Actually, I had  got a headache, my mother told me that I can  go to bed. 
 
Fri.:I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A year later, we have grown riper.
