Liuxiang made a perfect fly in the olympic games in 2004, and won not only the gold metal but also the respect in the world! 
His fly knocked all the suspicions and discriminations down completely! 
"It is so perfect! I never expect to run so fast! Oh it is a dream to me, and it seems I am still in a dream!", he said! 
But it is just true, and it is himself who made the dream into truth! 
Xiuxiang, our hero, has been regarded as a flying man all of the world!

刘翔在2004年的奥林匹克运动会上完美的冲刺，不仅赢得了金牌，而且赢得了世界的尊重。 
他的飞翔打破了所有的怀疑和所有的种族歧视． 
”太完美了．我从来没想到跑这末快.哦，对我来说就像做梦，看起来我好像还在梦中。“他说到。 
但这是真的。是他自己使得美梦成真。

               Everyone has his heroes,and they differ from people to people.My hero is Zhou Enlai,who was the first premier of new China.Zhou Enlai was a great revolutionary who had devoted all his life to the cause of the liberation of China.He took part in the War Against Japan and the War for Liberation of China.He fighted bravely against the enemies in order to save the people in great sorrow.After the foundation of new China,Zhou Enlai was elected premier. Zhou Enlai was such a man who cared much more about the people than himself.He 
put all the people in his heart except himself.I admired him so much though he 
has been away from us for a long time.I like him best and believe that he will 
alway be alive on the minds of Chinese people.

I admire the disabled people who participate in the olympics. They have a special olympics called para-olympics. Although they face many difficulties in life, they have the courage to carry on. If a normal althelte puts in a hundred percent in practise, a paraolympic althelte must put in a hundred and twenty percent because of their disability. They are the heroes and heroine of our society. They believe that if they concentrate and put in enough effort, they will be able to succeed like everyone else. Their determination and courage is unimaginable for normal people like you and me. The paraolympics has many events for people with different passion. I support them wholeheartedly and look up to them as my hero.

So I admire him very much, and I call him “hero”.
I admire Jay. The real reason is when the others all denied him, he never gave up. He tried his best to change his life. I think it is good for everybody. I hope that everyone can learn from him---try their best to do everything. Then I think we will make the grade.
