我是做咨询的，我的客户有很多是这个行业的 
首先：“笃行服务机构”译成英文是Duxing Service Organization. Service是不可数名词，不需要加S。这个是肯定的。i am sure of that. (但是这里我觉得用organization不是特别合适，用Firm比较合适，公司名字里面一般没有organization这个词）

第二，这个咨询公司的翻译应该是： Duxing Zhenye Management Consulting Co., Ltd （这个也错不了）

6. 公司名称翻译成英文怎么写?谁帮我翻译下?

可以看看以下的，但是要明白你的要求其实不是很现实。因为改名字是很主观、又专业的行为。而且何谓“上善若水”，除了《老子》以外，谁都可以猜想一下！

下面只求意译，不去直译：
1.	“Tranquillity (Serenity,Gracious,Gravitas都可以)Environment Protection Engineering Ltd” 这里加不加Co 都没有问题。
2.	Guangxi Nanning Serenity Cultural Exchange Ltd
3.	Serenity China-ASEAN Art Gallery
“上善若水”按意境可以是带有恬静、心善的意思，是可以用“gracious，courtesy，calm，tranquillity，serenity,...”等字眼来代表。看你们自己选择吧。

刚刚看到楼下的说到地方名称要放在最后，这个说法是不对的。
如果是单纯的公司名称，就要简洁、明了。像上面的叫法都可以。
但是如果是编印地址，发布通知，那么地区，城市等就应该放在最后。这个是国外写法的惯常做法。
补充一下，只求提问人能够清楚明白。不要求分值！
